What are the basic rules of a healthy lifestyle?
To become aware of the need to open our eyes, as well as to change our state of mind, is to allow us to transform our habits. To no longer have to cure pathologies, but to finally be able to prevent them. This is a real change of mentality that we must operate. Of course, such a preventive attitude would imply a personal approach that would make each of us a responsible being, so a concrete preventive approach is necessarily part of a new lifestyle. A thought hygiene, obviously, as food hygiene will be obvious and indispensable and personal hygiene.
A fair, healthy and balanced diet is the keystone of immunity of body and mind. After 25 years of practice and a few thousand cases treated, I am convinced that a bad diet is a source of intoxication generating deficiencies that will directly poison the body in its organic and bony structures.
Developing awareness of breathing and learning how to change our breathing habits are tools that will promote healing and release stress before it turns into physical distress. Breathing, beyond releasing our tensions or deepening our concentration will also be a trump card to help us regulate pain (physical as well as psychological), and this, better sometimes than would a drug or a distraction!
Body hygiene: movement, isn't it life! Physical exercise is essential for maintaining balance in body and mind. To practice them daily represents an added value for a better dynamization of the organization.
I propose different exercises to be distinguished into two groups:
- standing exercises: stretching to awaken the body
- abdominal exercises: toning the abdomen and stretching the back
